FAMILY CAMP 2024

Thursday, August 15th  -  Saturday, August 17th

 

What To Expect

Family Camp is a 3-day experience (11AM Thursday - 1PM Saturday) set up to give your family time to bond while growing in your faith. This weekend will include family friendly chapel services, wagon rides, canoeing, fishing, hiking, swimming, archery, campfires, and more!

Pricing

$350 for a family of 4

$90 per additional family member

 

Lodging & Meals

Meals are all included, if you or a family member has dietary restrictions please let us know in advance and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities.  

A family of 4 will stay in our McFate Lodge with one queen bed and 2 bunk beds. Families of more than 4 will sleep in one of our other dorm style lodges (Mekeel Lodge or Pine Ridge Lodge) with 8 bunks per room. The maximum occupancy for your room is 8 people.  Some lodges have private baths. Some have shared bathhouses. We assign rooms on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

Extra Activities Available

There will extra actives at scheduled times for you and your family to enjoy. The sign up for these extras will be available during family camp. 

If you have a family member(s) that are too young or not interested in the extra activities there will be other activities available for them to do. Children under 18 must be with an adult at all times.

 

  • Paintball (ages 12+): close toed shoes, jeans, & a long sleeve shirt are required.

  • High Ropes Course (ages 12+): closed toed shoes are required.

  • Horseback Rides (ages 5+): close toed shoes with a heel & jeans are required. 

  • Tie Dye T-Shirt: materials provided.

  • Canvas Painting Class: materials provided.

 

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Adding Primary Adult

  1. Select "add to cart" option listed below

  2. Scroll down to "session options" and add "primary adult" to your cart. (If you do not see the primary adult option please read step 3 and follow steps choose a family member over 18 years old.)

Adding All Other Family Members

  1. Listed below the "session options" you should see the names of your other family members. If you do not see their names please select the "add/remove people" box found at the bottom of the page. 

  2. Select each additional family members name and choose to add family camp to their cart. (same as step one)

  3. Add to cart "additional family members (2-4 people)" option for a family of up to four people. If you are adding more than four family members begin using the "additional family members (5-8 people)" option on the 5th family member. 

  4. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each member of your family.
