is focused on distance runners ages 14-18. Our knowledgeable staff consists of coaches and counselors from public and Christian high schools or colleges. The following topics and others will be addressed:

· basic concepts of a fitness program
· phases of a training program
· biomechanics
· nutrition
· psychological aspects of training
· elements of a good workout
· importance of flexibility
· building speed and strength
· race strategies
· race preparation

Our early August time frame provides a perfect opportunity for your team to start training a week or two before official practice begins. There will also be team-building activities to improve communication and teamwork.
